Following a successful barn sale at the weekend (Saturday 19th July), there are STILL lots of items available for sale; table and chairs, chandeliers, table tennis, beds, fridge, range cooker, cupboards, metal shelves, cot, pool table, goalposts, rattan coffee table, the list goes on....

We cannot take this stuff back to the UK and have to shift it by the end of the month from where it is being stored - in a barn in the Southern Charente. Prices for everything have been REDUCED (see below) and we will have another barn clearance at the weekend; Saturday 26th July 2008. All day. Just turn up. Should you wish to come before, you will have to phone the barn owner directly - number at end of this posting.

6 stacking Chairs. Pine seats, metal legs. Curved classic design. 100 euros.

2 x white plastic Goal Posts with nets. Good condition. Training Ground size. Professional standard. 75 euros for the set.

1 x Table Tennis Table. Folds in half with wheels. All weather. From Decathlon. Great condition. 125 euros.

7 x Single Beds including IKEA mattresses. Bases with low headboard. Need to be reattached. Handmade and crafted from heavy solid timber with off white limed finish. Beautiful and original. 60 euros each.

From Angouleme, take the D674 Libourne road.

Go to Montmoreau and carry straight on.

6 kilometres after Montmoreau there is a large Grain Silo.

Turn left on the D21 here, direction Aubeterre.

Go for a mile or two. Drive over a railway line on a bridge.

Take the first road left after this bridge. This is for LERIGNAC, the name of the tiny two house hamlet.

You will see the house ahead on a hill. Keep straight for 400 metres and you are there.
