TeamRH, Recruitment Consultancy is looking to hire for an International Law Firm:


A Bilingual Billing Assistant

Within the Billing Department of a large International Law firm your responsibilities would include:

-Preparation and distribution of invoices
-Modifications/ transfers under CMS
-Closing and reopening of files
-Filing
-Research of information in the dossiers, verification of time sheets

The ideal candidate for this position would possess an Undergraduate Degree qualification (Bac +3) and have already established a firm experience (a minimum of 3 years) in the Billing Department of a Law Firm.

You are organised and able to work under pressure, whether this be alone or as part of a team and have no difficulty in prioritising tasks and adapting quickly.

You have a good command of Office software (Word, Excel etc) and a very high level of written and spoken English.



Contract : CDI
Salary : 28 – 32 K€ according to candidate
Situated in Paris

Vous aurez pour missions :

-Préparation et distribution des factures et pre-bills
-Modifications/ Transferts sous CMS
-Fermeture et réouverture des dossiers
-Classement
-Recherche d'informations dans les dossiers, vérification de l'imputation des temps saisis, transferts de temps

La candidature idéale serait :

-De formation supérieure Bac + 3, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience dans un cabinet d’avocats dans le service facturation
-Capable de travailler sous pression, de gérer les priorités et d’adapter rapidement
-A l’aise avec les chiffres


Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de Word et d’Excel

Vous avez un très bon niveau d’anglais (oral et écrit)

Rémunération : 28 – 32 K€ selon profil
