This house is certainly not a project for the faint-hearted but it has the potential to be a lovely house on the outskirts of the busy market town of Lussac les Chateaux, around 30 minutes from Poitiers.

You enter into a hallway which runs front to back and on the right is a "living room" (14m2) with a fireplace and a wc (!) sanibroyer, and a further small room (6m2). On the left of the hallway is a large tiled "kitchen" (17m2) with a sink and stairs from here lead to the first floor. To the front of the house is an outside shower room! On the first floor is a large bedroom (22m2) with a fireplace and an attic which is divided into two rooms (18m2 and 20m2). Up a further set of stairs to the second floor is a further attic room (23m2). To the rear of the house is a stone store-room with an attic and a veranda with a sink. The garden of around 1,000m2 is to the rear with a strip running down to the road so you could use this as a driveway and erect a garage. There are a number of extremely ramshackle outbuildings cluttering up the garden at the moment which really just need to be smacked over (personally, I'd do the same to the veranda as well!) and the land will look more like a garden and less like the local tip!
