Lets Rent Property In France.com (LRPIF) is a website that connects people looking for long term lets or holiday gites in France with rental property owners.

So what? I hear you ask...

Well, if you have a property in France available to let long term or as a holiday gite I would like to offer you a free, 1 year listing (worth £69.97GBP) and I'd really like to hear from you today.

Even with the Pound so weak against the Euro as it is right now, we are getting a tonne of visits - every day - from people who are looking to either rent long term in France or who are seeking a gite for their holiday/winter let.

It's not just Brits who are looking either, we regularly get enquiries from the US, Canada and Australia! We even had one enquiry from Jupiter... oh no, my mistake... that was just a strange dream I had.

But with other sites offering free listings why should I bother with this one?

Well, other than the fact many other sites have ugly, difficult to navigate, pages that lose your listing amongst a load of similar looking text links, these could be good reasons too:

- Top search results from a wide range of search terms
- Regular appearances in social bookmarks (StumbleUpon, DIGG etc)
- Blog offering RSS news feeds to subscribers
- Regular mentions in social networks (Facebook, MySpace etc)
- Daily blog/listing updates keep the search engines sniffing round
- Ongoing search engine optimisation of pages
- Secure contact directly with owners
- Ongoing development of systems and options
- Other stuff being added all the time...


There is no catch so in this case there really is such a thing as a free lunch, except it's not lunch, it's a property listi.... oh, never mind.
