TeamRH; Recruitment Consultancy is recruiting for an International Law Firm:

Receptionist
1pm- 8pm

Joining the team comprised of 2 other receptionists, your responsibilities will include:

-Welcoming visitors
-Managing the Switchboard
- Organising and preparing meeting rooms
-Sorting the post and organising couriers

The ideal candidate:

Possess at least one years confirmed experience in a similar position, preferably in an International Law Firm.

You master easily complex switchboards and you possess a real sense of customer services.

You have excellent communication skills, a very good presentation and a very good level of English.

Position situated in an International Law Firm situated in Central Paris
Salary- Depending on the profile of the successful candidate
Working Hours 1pm until 8pm

Dans une équipe composée de 2 autres réceptionnistes, vous aurez notamment pour missions :

- Gestion de l'accueil des visiteurs
- Gestion du standard
- Gestion des salles de réunions
- Gestion des coursiers, du courrier


La candidature idéale serait :

Vous justifiez d’une expérience sur un poste similaire d'au moins 1 ans, de préférence en cabinets d'avocats de dimension internationale.

Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise des standards complexes et un réel sens du service client


Vous avez une excellente élocution, un très bon niveau d’anglais, ainsi qu’une excellente présentation.


Poste situé à Paris, à pourvoir rapidement.
Salaire : selon profil
Horaires : 13h – 20h
