Hello,

My girlfriend and I are searching for a place in the 14th or 6th Arrondissements.

We are looking for something a little unusual - atelier or loft perhaps - that has charm and character. The flat can be either furnished or unfurnished, although we prefer unfurnished. We are looking for a place that has one full bedroom, a nice kitchen and a minimum of 55 square meters.

Our time frame is to move in January - but we are flexible. We desire a long term rental; the term of the rental could be for a 6 - 9 - 12 month term, with options for a longer period. Our budget allows us to spend 1,800 Euro per month.

About us: I am 46 years old and race sailboats professionally; she is 31 years old and is a journalist and produces a show for a major French TV network. We both travel a lot. When we are home we want to nest in a quaint spot - and maybe have some friends over for dinner - other than that we're not party-ers: non smoking and we don't do drugs. We are professional, reliable, clean and organized.
