I travel internationally for business and almost always by train,
With clients in Paris, Brussels and London... Lille is the best place for my operations.
I'm a non-smoker, middle aged man with french working papers and a U.S. passport

I will only be in Lille approximately 50% of the time.
The three most important features to me are (in this order):

1.) A building connected to absolutely reliable, high possible speed, broadband internet.

2.) Walking distance to Lille Europe/Lille Flanders.

3.) Lift or 1st floor only.

I have basic furnishings from my former place in Paris, but need a small refrigerator and coin "burners". Prefer shower to tub.

I'm financially solid with French speaking landlord references available.

Unfurnished, 20sqm is preferred.

Hope to target move-in between 10-20 Dec.
